It's legal again to reimburse employee health insurance costs!

21st Century Cures Act (H.R. 34) passed by Congress on 12/7/16 reinstates small employer HRAs effective 1/1/2016!

(Eliminates $100/day per employee penalty assessable under previous IRS Notice.)

Reimbursements are limited to $4,950 per year for individuals, $10,000 for employee & family coverage. (Amounts to be inflation-adjusted in future years.)
